A. Getting started
What this is, what it costs you to try, and how long setup really takes.
What is LoyaltyPerfect?
An all-in-one loyalty and retention platform: issue digital wallet cards, capture contacts, automate push, SMS, and email, and see the ROI. On the Business plan, AI for Business studies each customer's behaviour and sends the return-visit nudges for you.
Do I need a POS, an app, or any new hardware?
No to all three. Your team scans cards with a browser-based Scanner App on any phone they already own. Your customers save the card into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet by scanning a QR code — no app store, no download.
If you already have a POS, you can connect it later. Both ways work side by side.
How fast can I launch?
Most businesses go live in about 15 minutes using a ready-made template. Pick one of 111 designs, set your reward rule, print the QR code, and you are running.
Is LoyaltyPerfect right for my industry?
Yes — restaurants, beauty, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and professional services use LoyaltyPerfect daily. One shop or eleven, the same card works across all of them.
What results can I expect?
Businesses using the platform report customers coming back about twice as often, spending roughly 30% more per visit, and total sales up around 20%.
These are figures businesses reported themselves, not a promise. Your results depend on your offer and how consistently your team scans cards.
B. How the cards work
What your customers experience, from scanning the QR code to collecting their tenth stamp.
Does a customer register every time they visit?
No, only once. They fill in the install form the first time, save the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and after that they simply show the card. Your team scans it and the balance updates.
Will my customers have to enter a verification code?
Not the first time. Installing a card takes one short form and nothing else. A code is only requested if someone reinstalls a card they already had — and it arrives by email.
What if a customer accidentally signs up twice?
They will not end up with two balances. The install form has one unique field — phone number or email, you choose which — and anyone filling it in again is matched to their existing profile, with all their progress intact.
If they try on the same device, they are told the card is already installed. On a different device the card installs, but only the newest one keeps updating.
Can a customer keep the card on two phones?
Only the most recently installed card stays live. There is no sync between devices, so it is worth telling customers to install on the phone they actually carry.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers scan a QR code and the card saves straight into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. On phones that support neither, it lives on their home screen instead or Progressive Web App (PWA). Nobody ever visits an app store.
Delivery through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Telegram is also possible — that one needs a separate setup, so talk to us if it matters to your business.
How do staff issue stamps and redeem rewards at checkout?
If your POS is connected, nothing changes — the same rewarding flow you already use.
Standalone, customers show their Apple or Google Wallet card and your team uses the browser-based Scanner App on any phone, tablet, or computer to add stamps or redeem rewards in seconds. No special hardware, no POS change. You can connect a POS later, and both modes can run in parallel.
How do I stop someone farming rewards with different phone numbers?
Switch off the general install link and issue personalised links instead. You add each customer to your dashboard first, and the system creates a link that only works for that person.
It takes more effort per customer, so most businesses only use it for high-value rewards.
C. Branches & locations
One shop or eleven — how the same card works everywhere you trade.
I have more than one branch. Do I need a separate plan for each?
No. Every plan works across as many physical branches as you have. A customer who installs your card at one branch can earn and redeem at any other branch using the same card — one balance, one profile, no separate accounts to reconcile.
What does "geo-push locations" mean?
Geo-push locations are map pins used for location-triggered notifications. When a customer with your card comes within about 100 metres of a pinned spot, they get a push message. Start includes 1 pin, Grow 3, Business 10.
It is a marketing feature, not a limit on your business. A bakery with eleven shops can run on any plan — the pins just decide how many of those shops can trigger a "you're nearby, come in" message.
Does geo-push work on every phone?
It reaches customers who keep their card in Apple Wallet. Google Wallet does not support geofenced notifications yet, so Android users will not receive them for now.
Every other push type — transactional, marketing, automated reminders — works on both.
Can I add more geo-push locations than my plan includes?
Yes, on the Business plan — extra pins are a small monthly fee each. On Start or Grow you would move up to Business first.
One limit that is not ours: a single card can point to at most ten geo-push pins. That ceiling comes from Apple Wallet. Extra pins beyond ten let you give different cards different sets of locations.
I run eleven outlets. Which plan do I actually need?
Any plan will run the loyalty program itself. What decides your plan is two things: how many staff need scanner access, and how many pins you want for geofenced messages.
With eleven outlets you almost certainly want Business — 50 manager seats lets each shop have its own logged-in staff, and 10 pins covers most of your locations. Start plan includes no manager seats, so only the owner could scan cards.
D. Your team
Who gets a login, what they can do, and how many seats each plan includes.
What is a manager seat?
A separate login for a staff member. Each seat is a real account, so every stamp added or reward redeemed is logged against the person who did it — useful for spotting your best performers and for settling disputes.
Start includes none, because it is built for owner-operators who serve customers themselves. Grow includes 10 seats. Business includes 50.
Is the owner's account counted as one of the manager seats?
No. The seats are in addition to your own account. Grow gives you 10 staff logins plus your own — 11 people with access. Business gives you 50 plus your own.
I have 3 branches with 5 staff each. Is the seat limit per branch?
Per account, not per branch. Fifteen staff across three branches means fifteen seats, which is above the Grow limit of ten — that setup needs Business.
E. Messaging your customers
Push, email, SMS, and WhatsApp — what is free, what is billed, and what you can skip entirely.
Will my customers get emails with my branding?
The messages you write — campaigns, offers, reminders — are entirely yours: your words, your offer, your business name in the copy.
The automatic ones (the "you earned a stamp" kind) are sent from our address by default, so your customers see LoyaltyPerfect as the sender. If you would rather have your own business name in the From field, connect your own email service in settings — it takes a few minutes, and that provider bills you directly.
The layout of those automatic emails is fixed and cannot be redesigned.
Do I need email or SMS to run a loyalty program?
No. Push notifications are free, unlimited, and carry your brand. Many businesses never turn on email or SMS at all.
If you do want them, both are billed by the delivery provider separately — we do not add a margin on top.
Can I use my own SMS or email provider?
Yes. Your account can connect its own SMS service or its own email service, and you are billed directly by that provider. If you connect neither, push notifications still work.
Can I message customers on WhatsApp?
Yes, for marketing messages to your card holders, and as an alternative way to deliver the card itself. Facebook Messenger and Telegram work the same way.
Each of these needs a one-time setup with your own business account on that platform. Get in touch and we will walk you through it.
What is AI for Business?
On the Business plan, it watches how each customer behaves and automatically sends return-visit pushes to the half of your base most likely to respond — so you are not writing campaigns by hand.
Can I collect Google Reviews automatically?
Yes, on every plan. After a visit, customers can be prompted for feedback, and happy ones are pointed to your Google listing — which is what moves you up in local search.
F. Plans & limits
What counts against your plan, what is unlimited, and how to move between plans.
What counts as a "promotion"?
One activated card. If you switch on a stamp card for your café, that is one promotion. Add a separate cashback card for your lunch crowd and that is two. Start allows 1 running at a time, Grow 3, Business 10.
You can swap which card type a promotion uses whenever you like — the limit is on how many run at once, not on how often you change your mind.
Is there a limit on customers or cards issued?
No. Digital cards, customer records, and push notifications are unlimited on every plan, including Start. You are never charged per customer, so a loyalty program that works well never becomes more expensive to run.
Which features are included on every plan?
All eight card types, unlimited cards, unlimited push notifications, unlimited branches, the 111 design templates, custom card design, the built-in CRM, analytics, duplicate control, the Scanner App, feedback collection, RFM customer segmentation, the automation builder, and the inbox for customer replies.
What changes between plans is how many campaigns and geo-push pins you run, how many staff get their own login, and — on Business — API access, the autopush designer, and AI for Business.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, up or down, at any time. Your cards, customers, and history all carry over. If you start on Start and move to Business next month, you keep everything and simply unlock the extra seats, pins, and promotions.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account pauses until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted — your cards, customers, and history are all waiting when you subscribe.
G. Pricing & billing
Prices, the launch offer, regional discounts, and how your rate is locked in.
How long does the launch offer last?
50% off runs through our first year. In year two it steps down to 25%, and in year three our list price applies.
The part worth knowing: the rate you subscribe at is the rate you keep. Someone who subscribes today at $34 a month stays at $34 — not $51 next year, not $69 the year after. The discount is attached to your subscription, not to the calendar.
Will my price go up later?
Not for you. Once you have paid, your rate is locked for as long as you keep that subscription running. When we raise our list price, it applies to new subscribers only.
The one thing that moves you to current pricing is changing your billing period yourself — switching from monthly to annual, for example.
Why is monthly so much more than annual?
Annual billing costs us less to service and tells us you are here for the long run, so we pass that back. On Start you pay $34 a month on annual against $69 monthly — the same product either way.
Do you offer regional pricing?
Yes. If you are visiting from a country where our standard price does not reflect local purchasing power, a discount code appears in the banner at the top of every page on this site. Nothing to apply for, and it stacks on top of the launch offer.
Where do I enter a discount code?
Either in the "Promo code" field when you pick your plan, or on the final checkout screen under Add promotion code. Both work.
One code per subscription — codes do not stack with each other.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Checkout shows your local currency alongside USD, with the exchange rate visible before you confirm.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account, without contacting anyone. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 14 days of your first payment. Email billing@loyaltyperfect.com with your order number and the reason, and we will refund to your original payment method. Allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
After that first billing cycle we do not refund partial months, unused time on an active account, or plan upgrades and downgrades. That is what the 14-day free trial is for — it costs nothing, needs no card, and gives you a working program before any money changes hands.
Read the full Refund Policy.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your cards, customers, and history stay in your account. Nothing is deleted when a subscription lapses, so if you come back later everything is where you left it.
You can also export your customer list at any time while your account is active — it is your data, not ours.
H. Support & services
What help is included, and what to do when you would rather hand the work over.
What support comes with my plan?
Every plan includes the Help Center, setup guides, and email support answered within two business days. Most businesses never need more.
See the full support options →
Are the support add-ons required?
No. They are optional and billed separately from your plan. You can add or cancel them at any time without touching your subscription.
Can I get help setting up without paying extra?
Yes. The Help Centre and email support are included, and the 111 templates mean most programs are live in about fifteen minutes. The Launch Service exists for owners who would simply rather not do it themselves.
I. Making the most of your trial
Fourteen days is enough — if you spend them on the right three things.
How do I get the most out of my 14 days?
Do these three things in your first session and you will know by day three whether this works for you:
- Pick a template and launch one card — about 15 minutes.
- Print the QR code and put it where customers pay.
- Install the Scanner App on one staff phone.
Everything else can wait. Businesses that get their first ten cards installed in week one almost always keep going; businesses that spend the trial reading the dashboard usually do not.
You can extend once for another 14 days if you need more time — after that the platform does not allow further extensions, so it is worth starting on day one rather than day ten.
Do I need to enter card details to start the trial?
No. Start the trial, use the product, and only enter payment details when you decide to subscribe.
