Your starter setup

The Whole Program on One Receipt

This is what we would switch on first for a gym. Copy it, and you have your setup list for day one.

Why this setup

The one habit that makes it work Scan the card at every visit, and enter the amount whenever money changes hands. Sleeping lists, customer value and your dashboard all depend on it — skip it and half the program goes blind.
Before you ask

You Have Probably Tried These Already

Most owners come to us after one of these four. Hover a card to see what changes.

📄

Paper class cards

Punched at the desk, left in a gym bag, and argued over when the count does not match. You never see who is holding one.

With a wallet card

The count lives in the phone they never leave behind. It cannot be forged, and every scan tells you who came in and when.

💬

Chasing no-shows by hand

Messaging every member who has not been in for a fortnight takes hours — and it stops the week the new season starts.

With a wallet card

RFM finds everyone who has gone quiet, and a push to Sleeping goes out on its own. Free, unlimited, and nobody has to remember.

💸

Intro offers on deal sites

A month for the price of a week fills the room in January and empties it by March. Bargain hunters rarely stay at full price.

With a wallet card

Run your own intro coupon instead. When it is used, it turns into a loyalty card — so a trial class has a reason to become a habit.

🗣️

Asking for reviews in person

Awkward to ask somebody still catching their breath — and the unhappy member is the one who posts anyway.

With a wallet card

The feedback flow asks every member after the scan, sends the happy ones to Google, and brings complaints to you privately.

Your numbers

What One Extra Visit Is Worth

We do not quote uplift figures from other venues. Put in your own, starting from typical numbers for a gym. On a flat monthly fee, count what a visit brings in beyond it — a shake, a PT session, a class pack.

Extra revenue each month $5,760 That is $69,120 a year, from 480 extra visits a month.

Revenue before costs, and only from people already on your card. Your real result depends on your coaching, your facilities, and how you use the program.

Your front desk

Works Beside the Systems You Already Use

Most venues run the Scanner App at the desk or the door and never need anything else. Here is exactly what connects, and what does not.

Best fit for you 📱

Scanner App

Runs in the browser on any phone or tablet at the desk. Kiosk mode lets a tablet at the entrance credit membership, multipass and per-visit stamp cards on its own.

Best fit for you 📅

Booking & club software

Court-booking, class-booking and gym-management apps have no direct link here. If yours connects to Zapier or Make, our Done-For-You team can wire it up; otherwise scan at the desk.

Best fit for you

Square

Taking payments on Square at the desk or the café? Connect it and cashback and discount cards earn from each paid sale, with refunds taken back off. Stamp and points cards still need a scan, and rewards are redeemed in the Scanner App.

Best fit for you

Shopify POS

Selling kit, apparel or supplements on Shopify? Cashback and discount cards earn automatically on paid orders; stamp and points cards only when they are set to earn per visit.

What Owners Ask Us First

No. They scan a QR code and the card saves to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. On any other phone it can be added to the home screen as a web card instead.
Yes, with kiosk mode. A tablet at the entrance scans the card and credits the visit without anyone tapping a button — for membership, multipass and per-visit stamp or reward cards. It is not an access-control system, though: it will not open a turnstile or a door.
No, and it does not need to. Keep booking courts and classes the way you do now; the card is scanned when the member turns up. There is no built-in link to booking software — if yours connects to Zapier or Make, our Done-For-You team can link the two.
Yes. A multipass is a prepaid pack of classes or court hours, and a membership card takes a recurring fee through your own Stripe account. Both are available on every plan; running more than one card at a time needs Grow. Set a multipass to your biggest pack before it goes live — the number of slots locks after that.
On Grow and Business, yes: 10 and 50 staff logins, each on top of your own, with every scan logged against whoever made it. Start has no staff logins, so only the owner scans.

Put the QR Code at Your Front Desk Today

The trial runs 14 days and needs no card. Copy the setup from the receipt above, print your QR code, and scan your first member before the next class.
