Automation integrations

Link Your Loyalty Card to Everything Else

Zapier, Make, Pabbly, Integrately, KonnectzIT and Albato. A new customer can start a workflow, and a workflow can issue a card, add a stamp or add a reward - set up by our team through your API key.

Pick a Tool, Watch One Workflow Run

Each tool below comes with a worked example in the setup guide. Here is that example, step by step — one trigger, then the actions that follow it.

Before you reach for Zapier

Many Workflows Need No Outside Tool

The Workflow Builder inside your dashboard runs automations on every plan. If both ends of the job live in your loyalty program, start here.

Starts when
  • A customer is created, or has a birthday
  • A card is installed, scanned or about to expire
  • A stamp or points milestone is reached
  • A coupon or reward is used
  • A review comes in, or an RFM segment changes
  • A webhook arrives from another system
Then it can
  • Wait, or check a condition first
  • Send a push, an email or an SMS
  • Add or take off stamps, points or bonuses
  • Change when a card expires
  • Send an HTTP request to another system
  • Send a conversion to Meta Ads
When do you need Zapier or Make, then? When the other end is an app outside your loyalty program — a spreadsheet, a form, a CRM, a booking tool. Email and SMS steps in the Workflow Builder need a sending service connected first.
Worth knowing

Four Things We Will Tell You Up Front

None of them stop a workflow from working. All of them are better known before you build one.

It needs the Business plan

Every one of these tools connects through your API key, and the API comes with the Business plan. On Start or Grow, the Workflow Builder is the way to automate.

The app has its platform’s name

Inside Zapier, Make and the rest, the loyalty app is listed under the platform’s own name, not ours, and that cannot be changed. We point you to it during setup.

Their plan decides how often it runs

Each tool counts runs, tasks or operations on its own pricing. A busy workflow can use up a small plan quickly, and that bill comes from the tool, not from us.

Ten requests a second, at most

Each API key handles 10 requests per second, and the limit cannot be raised. Importing a big list in one go needs pacing, or some rows will be refused.

For developers

Or skip the middleman

The API issues cards, adds stamps, points and rewards, manages customers and promotions, and sends push notifications — across all eight card types. Webhooks tell your own system the moment the events you choose happen.

  • API keySettings → Integrations, on the Business plan. You can make several, one per integration.
  • WebhooksSettings → Webhooks. Add a URL and tick the events you want.
  • Rate limit10 requests per second per key.

Tell Us What Should Happen Automatically

Describe it in one line — “every new form sign-up gets a card”, “a stamp when someone books”. We will tell you whether the Workflow Builder can do it on its own, or which tool it needs.
