Self-serve integrations

Connect Your Till Yourself

Shopify POS, Lightspeed POS, Square and GloriaFood connect from your own dashboard. Paid sales flow in, cashback and discount cards update on their own, and customers who are new to you are created from the sale.

Try it yourself

One Sale, and What Happens Next

Pick your system and the card you run, then ring up a sale. Some combinations update the card on their own. Some still need the scan your staff already do — and it is better to know which before you connect anything.

Your card
What none of the four connect. Membership, multipass, coupon and gift cards are not part of these integrations. They run exactly as they do today, in the Scanner App — which works beside any till, including these four.
The four

Four Systems You Can Connect on Your Own

Each one is set up from your own dashboard, under Settings → Integrations. What you need on the other side is different for each, so here it is before you start.

Shopify POS

Shops selling in store and online

Paid Shopify orders reach the card on their own. Cashback and discount cards always; stamp and reward cards only when they earn per visit. You can choose which products count.

You will need
  • A custom app in your Shopify admin
  • Its access token — Shopify shows it once
  • On Shopify Basic, one webhook added by hand

Lightspeed POS

Retail on Lightspeed X-Series

Each completed sale updates cashback and discount cards. Stamp and reward cards are credited in the Scanner App. It works with the X-Series only — not Lightspeed Restaurant.

You will need
  • A “Sale update” webhook in Lightspeed
  • A personal access token, set not to expire
  • SMS or email connected, to send card links

Square

Anyone taking payments on Square

Square payments flow in one direction, and refunds come back off. Cashback and discount cards update automatically; rewards are redeemed in the Scanner App, not at the Square till.

You will need
  • An app in the Square developer console
  • A webhook with four payment and refund events
  • Its access token

GloriaFood

Restaurants with their own ordering page

Orders from your own GloriaFood page earn on cashback and discount cards, and a cancelled order takes it back off. Customers give their name, phone and email at checkout.

You will need
  • A Custom Integration in GloriaFood
  • Its Master Key and Restaurant Token
  • Order updates set to send every time
Easy to mix up

Shopify POS is here. Shopify online is not.

Two different connections share a name. The one on this page works with four card types and is set up by you. The other is a ready-made app for online stores that runs cashback cards only, with a points widget on your storefront — and our team connects it for you.

How it works

The Same Four Steps, Whichever You Use

No developer needed, but there is some copying and pasting between two screens. Keep both open side by side.

✅1

Activate your card first

The integration attaches to a card that is already live, so finish the design and the rules before you connect anything.

🔑2

Create the key on your system

A token, a webhook, or both — depending on the system. This is the step that takes longest, and it happens on their side, not ours.

🔌3

Paste it and pick the rule

In Settings → Integrations, choose the card and what earns: the whole purchase, a minimum amount, or specific items.

📲4

Choose how new customers get the card

Somebody who has never been in before is created from the sale. Pick how their card link reaches them — SMS or email.

Before you connect

Four Things That Stop It Working

All four are quick to get right at the start, and tedious to untangle afterwards.

A different currency on each side

Your loyalty account and your till must use the same currency. If they do not, the amounts coming across cannot be trusted — so check it before the first sale, not after.

Expecting stamps to fill themselves

Only Shopify POS credits stamp and reward cards on its own, and only when they earn per visit. Everywhere else those cards are still scanned at the counter.

No way to send the card link

New customers are created from the sale, but their card has to reach them somehow. Without SMS or email connected, it simply does not arrive.

Losing the Shopify token

Shopify shows the access token exactly once. Copy it straight into your integration settings; losing it means reinstalling the app and setting it up again.

Connect Your Till Before You Pay Anything

The trial runs 14 days and needs no card, so you can connect your till before you pay anything. Stuck on a token or a webhook? Get in touch and we will walk you through it.
