A Loyalty Program for One Shop, One Counter

Is This Your Setup?

Four quick answers. If one of them is a no, another page fits you better — the settings really do change.

Everything happens at one address
Customers come to you, not the other way round
You are open on the same days, in the same place, all year
You sell over a counter, rather than booking out your own hours
0 of 4 answered

Nothing here is stored or sent anywhere — the answers only pick which page is worth your time.

One room, four moments

Where the QR Code Goes

A customer passes four moments in one visit. Tap a spot to place your code, and watch which moments are still empty.

The Marketing Kit generates eleven printable materials from your own card design and QR code, so every spot here comes out of one download.

Four Decisions You Only Make Once

None of these take long, and none of them need touching again for months.

The Scanner App runs in a browser or as an app on any phone at the till. You can sign in with your own account — a one-person shop needs nothing else.

Decide: your own login while it is just you; a manager login for each person who serves once you hire. A manager can service every card in the account unless you tie them to a location.

Kiosk mode turns the scanner into a self-service tablet: the card is scanned and the stamp or point goes on with no manual input, with a delay that stops the same card being scanned twice.

Decide: kiosk mode if your queue is long and you earn per visit. Keep a person scanning if you earn on the amount spent, or use a cashback, discount or gift card — kiosk mode does not cover those.

See the card types →

A scan can be just a visit, or a visit with the bill attached. The second takes three seconds longer and is worth every one of them.

Decide: enter the amount if you want spend-based earning, an average check on your Dashboard, or tiers that customers climb. Visits alone are enough for a simple stamp card.

Why the amount matters →

Adding your address as a location switches on geo-push: a message that appears when a customer walks within about 100 metres of you.

Decide: worth it if you are on a busy street. Know the limits first — Apple Wallet only, the radius is fixed, and it fires every single time they pass, which is a lot for someone who lives nearby.

How push notifications work →
Your first week

Seven Steps, Seven Days

Tick them off as you go. Nothing here needs a developer, and nothing needs closing the shop.

How you will know

Three Numbers to Watch

In the first month, two of these tell you whether people are joining. The third tells you whether it changed anything.

Installation channels Where your cards are being installed

Give each spot its own UTM link and the installs are counted per tag. This is how you learn that the counter beats the table tent four to one.

Enrollment rate New members as a share of your customers

Rising means the ask is working. Flat after a good first week usually means the code is on the wall but nobody mentions it.

Number of visits Every visit in the period

The one that matters. Members joining is a start; members coming back is the reason to run a card at all.

Then pick a goal

What Do You Want It to Do?

Once the card is live, each page below shows the settings that move one number, and what to switch on first.

One-location questions

What Owners Ask Us

No. The Scanner App on a phone is the whole setup, and most single shops never add anything else. Integrations exist for the tills that support them, and they are worth looking at once the card is running — not before.
No. The card installs into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet straight from the QR code or a link, next to their boarding passes and bank cards. That is also why a push notification lands on the lock screen without anyone installing anything.
Then you are the simplest case there is. Sign in to the Scanner App with your own account, keep the phone by the till, and if scanning slows your queue, turn on kiosk mode and let customers scan themselves.
As many spots as you will actually keep tidy — but give each spot its own UTM link. Every link comes with its own QR code, and the installs are reported per link, so after a fortnight you know which spot earns its space and which one is clutter.
When somebody other than you serves customers. Each person gets their own manager login for the Scanner App, and how many logins you get depends on the plan — the pricing page lists them side by side.

One Card, One Code, One Counter

Everything on this page runs on a phone you already own and a page you already print. Try it for 14 days — no card needed.
