We Connect It for You
Toast, Clover, WooCommerce, HighLevel, Zapier and more. These take more than a few clicks to set up, so our team connects them with you - and tells you plainly what each one can and cannot do before we start.
What Do You Already Use?
Pick a tool to see what it connects, which cards it works with, and what we will need from you. Nothing here is a promise we check afterwards — it is what the connection does today.
Four Steps, and Most of Them Are Ours
You tell us what you run. We do the part that involves keys, settings screens and test orders.
Tell us what you use
The tool, the plan you are on with it, and what you want to happen — a card for every new contact, points on every online order, a message at nine stamps.
We check it fits
Against your card type and your LoyaltyPerfect plan. If something will not work the way you hope, you hear it now, not after it is live.
We connect it
You give us access or a key on the other side; we handle the settings, field mapping and triggers on both ends.
We test before you go live
With a test customer, not your real list — because a few of these can message every contact you have the moment they are switched on.
Three Things We Will Ask You For
None of them are complicated, but all three decide whether the connection works on the first day.
Access on the other side
Admin login or an API key
Most tools need an admin to create a key or approve an app. If someone else runs that account for you, loop them in early.
The right plan, on both sides
Business, for most of these
Anything that connects through your API key — the automation tools, ActiveCampaign, ManyChat — and HighLevel need the Business plan. Some tools also charge for their own integration access.
A test customer
A real phone number and email
We run the first order or contact through it before your list does. A made-up number can fail the checks, so use one that belongs to somebody on your team.
Four Things We Will Tell You Up Front
Better to hear them here than find them in your inbox a week after launch.
Online stores run cashback only
The Shopify online app and the WooCommerce plugin both work with a cashback card and nothing else. If your program is built on stamps, keep scanning in store and use cashback online.
Some switches message everyone
In HighLevel, turning on card delivery sends every existing contact their card link at once. In Altegio, the same switch can trigger mass WhatsApp messages. We leave both off until you are ready.
Their subscription is not ours
Toast only opens third-party integrations on its paid management suite, and Zapier, Make and the rest have their own plans. Those costs sit with the tool, not with us.
Not every widget wears your brand
The Shopify online app shows its own name in the storefront widget, and that cannot be changed. Your wallet card stays yours; the widget on your store does not.
Webhooks and the API
If you have a developer, you may not need us at all. Webhooks notify your own system the moment a card is issued, scanned or updated, a customer is created, or feedback comes in. The API issues cards, adds stamps, points and visits, redeems rewards and coupons, and sends push notifications.

Tell Us What You Run
Name the tool and what you want it to do. We will tell you whether it works with your card and your plan before anything is connected.
