Your starter setup

The Whole Program on One Receipt

This is what we would switch on first for a hair salon. Copy it, and you have your setup list for day one.

Why this setup

The one habit that makes it work Enter the bill amount at every scan. Segments, customer value, and your dashboard all depend on it — skip it and half the program goes blind.
Before you ask

You Have Probably Tried These Already

Most salon owners come to us after one of these four. Hover a card to see what changes.

📄

Paper loyalty cards

They get lost in handbags and left in coat pockets. And you never find out who was holding one.

With a wallet card

It lives in the phone they never leave behind. Stamps cannot be forged, and every scan tells you who came in and what they spent.

💸

Discount days

Half-price Tuesdays fill the chair once, and teach clients to wait for the next sale.

With a wallet card

Rewards go to the people who keep coming back at full price, not to anyone who waits for a discount.

💬

Reminders by hand

Messaging every client when they are due takes hours — and it stops the week you get busy.

With a wallet card

The next-visit reminder and pushes to Sleeping go out on their own. Free, unlimited, and nobody has to remember.

📆

Marketplace booking apps

New clients found there can come with a fee, and your competitors are listed one tap away.

Your client list stays yours, and a referral link sends friends straight to you instead of to a search page.

Your numbers

What One Extra Visit Is Worth

We do not quote uplift figures from other businesses. Put in your own, starting from typical numbers for a hair salon.

Extra revenue each month $1,500 That is $18,000 a year, from 300 extra visits a month.

Revenue before costs, and only from people already on your card. Your real result depends on your food, your service, and how you use the program.

Your front desk

Works With How You Already Take Payment

Most salons start with the Scanner App and never need anything else. If you use one of these, here is exactly what connects.

Best fit for you 📷

Scanner App

Runs in the browser on any phone, tablet, or computer at the front desk. Works with every card type on every plan — scan, enter the bill, done.

Best fit for you

Square

Taking payments on Square? Connect it and cashback and discount cards earn from each paid sale, with refunds taken back off. Stamp and points cards still need a scan, and rewards are redeemed in the Scanner App.

Best fit for you

Shopify POS

Selling products on Shopify? Cashback and discount cards earn automatically on paid orders. Stamp and points cards only do when they are set to earn per visit.

Best fit for you 📅

Your booking app

Salon booking apps have no direct link here. If yours connects to Zapier or Make, our Done-For-You team can wire it up; otherwise scan at checkout.

What Owners Ask Us First

No. They scan a QR code and the card saves to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. On any other phone it can be added to the home screen as a web card instead.
Not directly — salon booking apps have no built-in link. Most salons simply scan the card at checkout. If your booking app connects to Zapier or Make, our Done-For-You team can link the two for you.
On Grow and Business, yes: 10 and 50 staff logins, each on top of your own. Every stamp and point is logged against whoever gave it, so you can see whose clients keep coming back. Start has no staff logins.
Yes. A multipass is a prepaid pack of visits, and gift cards are prepaid balances someone buys for someone else. Both are card types on every plan; running more than one card at a time needs Grow.
No. Import your clients as a CSV and their stamp or point balances come across with them. They carry on from exactly where they stopped.
