The Rules, in Plain Sight

Five documents govern your account - what you agree to, what happens to data, what you may send, when money comes back, and what runs in your browser. Summaries here, full text one click away.

The Five Documents That Govern Your Account

Read the summary, then open the one that matters to you. Where a summary here and the document disagree, the document is the one that counts.

📜 The agreement itself

Terms of Service

Who you are contracting with — SaasLeap, LLC — how subscriptions renew and how to cancel, the grounds for suspending an account, the limits on our liability and which law applies, and the rules on third-party integrations and AI features, including that AI output is yours to check before you act on it.

🔒 Data, yours and theirs

Privacy Policy

What is collected and why, how long it is kept, and who it is shared with — every category of provider is listed, with the full list available on request. It also separates your own customers’ records, which stay yours, from data about you. Includes the GDPR, UK, Canadian and US state sections, and how to ask for a copy of your data or have it deleted.

🚧 What you may send

Acceptable Use Policy

Fair use, and the messaging rules. Installing your card is itself an opt-in, so messages about that programme are fine; anything imported from elsewhere needs confirmed opt-in with proof kept for the life of the list, and lists bought from third parties are never allowed. Read it before you import anything.

💸 Money back

Refund Policy

Fourteen days from purchase, on the first billing cycle only, considered case by case. Email billing@loyaltyperfect.com from the address on the account with the date and amount; allow 5 to 10 business days for the money to reach your original payment method. A refunded subscription ends straight away rather than running to the end of the period.

🍪 What runs in your browser

Cookie Policy

Four kinds run here: essential, functional, performance and advertising. Everything except essential is yours to switch off from Manage Cookie Preferences in the footer. The policy lists what is actually set, name by name, from a scan of the site, and it covers loyaltyperfect.com only — the app, help centre and portals run elsewhere and set their own.

The short version

Six Questions People Actually Ask

Plain English, with the document that governs each answer. These are summaries, not the agreement itself.

Can I try it without paying?Terms of Service
Fourteen days. No card is asked for at sign-up, and nothing is charged when the trial ends — access to paid features simply stops unless you choose a plan. The Terms set out the Free Trial in full, including the fact that a trial may be extended or restarted once at our discretion.
Can I cancel whenever I want?Terms of Service
Yes — from your account settings, or by asking support. The change takes effect at the end of the billing cycle you are in, and you keep access until then. Cancelling does not refund the unused part of that cycle.
Can I get my money back?Refund Policy
Within fourteen days of purchase, on the first billing cycle, and decided case by case. There is no refund for partial months, for an upgrade or downgrade, for unused time on an active account, or for an account closed over a breach of the Terms. That is what the free trial is for.
Can the price change later?Terms of Service
Not for a subscription you already hold. Under the Terms a published price change applies to new subscriptions only, and an existing one keeps the price it was taken out at for as long as it keeps renewing on the same plan and the same billing period. Changing your billing period, changing plan, or resubscribing after a cancellation puts you on the price published at that time.
What happens to my customers’ data?Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy sets out what is collected, why, how long it is kept and which third-party services it reaches — they are listed there, and the full list is available on request. It also explains that the customer records you collect through your loyalty program stay yours: you are the controller and we act as your processor. You can ask for a copy of what is held or ask for it to be deleted, and the policy sets a 30-day window for deleting personal information once an account is deleted.
Is there anything I am not allowed to send?Acceptable Use Policy
Yes, and it is the one policy people skip. Installing your card is itself an opt-in, so messages about that program are fine. Anything imported from elsewhere must be confirmed opt-in first, and lists bought from third parties are never allowed. Breaching that can suspend an account without notice, and no credit is given for the interruption. Messaging costs you almost nothing here, which is exactly why the limits exist.
These six answers are here so you do not have to read five documents to buy a plan. They are not a substitute for them. If a summary here reads differently from the document it points to, the document is what applies.

Small print about the small print
Who you are dealing with
The entity you are contracting with is named at the top of the Terms of Service. LoyaltyPerfect is part of SaasLeap, LLC. Subscription payments are taken through Stripe Checkout, so your card details are handled by Stripe rather than typed into this site.
Dates
Each document carries its own last-updated date at the top of its page. There is deliberately no date on this index, so there is never a second date to contradict it.
Language
The authoritative version of the Terms is the original English (US) text. Translations are provided for convenience only, so open the English page before relying on one.
Who can sign up
Accounts are for people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The Services are not aimed at children.
Cookies
Cookie preferences can be reopened at any time, from the card above or from the link in the footer of every page.

Ask Before You Sign Up, Not After

If something in these pages is unclear, say so while it still costs you nothing. We would far rather answer a question than process a refund.
